I am Coach Beth.

Helping people move well and have fun while reaching their fitness goals is my passion. 

Over the last 10+ years, I have coached hundreds of diverse people across a broad range of ages, sizes, abilities, and experience levels. 

Whether you are a seasoned athlete looking to enhance your performance, or you have been mostly sedentary and are looking to move more and feel better, I can create a unique path to help you achieve your fitness goals. 

Based in Takoma Park, Maryland, I also work with clients remotely wherever life takes them.  Let’s make movement the best part of your day!

Custom Fitness Programming & Remote Online Coaching

My fitness programming is thoughtfully tailored to your goals, abilities, time, equipment, and space.

Benefits include:

  • Accountability via regular check-ins;
  • Feedback on your form/technique via video reviews;
  • Scaling options for working around an injury.

Private & Small Group Personal Training

My personal training studio is located in Takoma Park, Maryland.

In-person training is a great option if you are:

  • New to exercise;
  • Need extra motivation/accountability;
  • Do not have any equipment at home;
  • Want access to specific equipment, e.g. Olympic lifting platform, climbing rope, gymnastics rings, etc.

Hybrid In-Person and Remote Coaching

A hybrid training model is the best of both worlds and is a great option if you want to primarily train remotely and meet in-person periodically to:

  • Work on your form in real time;
  • Use unique and fun equipment that you don’t have access to at home or while traveling, e.g. barbells, battle ropes, sleds, etc.

Nutrition Coaching

After discussing your nutritional goals and preferences, I will provide:

  • Targets for protein, fat, carbohydrates, fiber and water intake.
  • Feedback and analysis on eating choices, patterns, habits, etc.
  • Suggestions on healthy, delicious and ready-made meals, snacks and supplements.

Pricing

Custom Fitness Programming & Remote Online Coaching:

$195 per month

1-on-1 In-Person Training:

$90 for one 45-minute personal training session

$340 for a 4-pack of 45-minute personal training sessions

$640 for an 8-pack of 45-minute personal training sessions

2-on-1 In-Person Training:

$120 for one 45-minute personal training session

$440 for a 4-pack of 45-minute personal training sessions

$800 for an 8-pack of 45-minute personal training sessions

About

How well you move is as important as how much or how fast you move.

Equally important is creating physical activities that are fun and something you look forward to doing. I enjoy learning new training methods and fun yet effective exercises that I can share with my clients.

Through ongoing continuing education, I stay up to date on the current fitness research and trends to help clients train safely and effectively.

My current certifications include:
